A credit is the unit used to pay for tasks in Virtudesk Now. Each service has a predefined credit value based on its complexity
Unused credits for the Starter and Growth plans remain available as long as your subscription is active, so you can use them for future tasks.
For the Scale plan, unused credits roll over for one week and can be combined with your new weekly credits, provided your subscription remains active.
Every task includes two (2) complimentary revisions to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations. If additional revisions are requested after the second revision, 1 additional credit will be charged per revision.
